Our Team
Our Program Manager, Brenda Parrack spends countless hours ensuring that Staff on Our Team are providing excellent services to Our families. It is an expectation and requirement that Our staff are trained and educated in the field of Childcare and Youth Care; as well as the field of disability services. Staff who are apart of Our Team have a diploma and or degree in the above related field and are also required to complete "in-house" education. This education training is constantly revolving, readily available and ensures our Staff are prepared for behaviours, situations, and are willing to respond in a trauma informed lens.
