A service provided to our CFS, FSCD and PDD families to provide intensive, full support 24/7 to increase individual wellness.

At Intertidal, our Community Housing Program provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive home environment for individuals living with disabilities and or complex needs

Whether it’s a single-occupant home or a shared home with multiple housemates, our goal is always the same: to offer safety and stabilization through personalized care and build on interpersonal wellness in a home away from home. 

With 24/7 staff support, our dedicated team is there to assist with daily living needs while promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful growth. We work in partnership with each individual and their family to create a care plan tailored to their needs, goals, and preferences.

Our homes are more than just places to live—they’re places to learn, connect and thrive. Through structured support, we focus on:

• Developing life skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and self-care
• Encouraging community engagement and social inclusion
• Building routines that support health, safety and well-being
• Creating opportunities for friendship, recreation, and personal growth
